Any attempt to request, suggest, or engage in such behavior will result in immediate cancellation of the service and may lead to a permanent ban from future bookings. We reserve the right to report such behavior to the competent authorities if necessary.

In case of cancellation, we kindly ask for at least 2 hours’ notice.

Service prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and include taxes according to Panamanian law.

We accept cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit card payments (subject to a 7% ITBMS surcharge).
Payment must be made before or at the time of service.

We respect your privacy. Personal data provided will only be used to manage bookings, provide personalized service, and send information related to our services, promotions, or updates.

We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Relaxing Time Panamá is not responsible for injuries or discomfort resulting from failure to follow therapist recommendations, undisclosed medical conditions, or misuse of our services.
